08 Jul Altamura OP joins “Buonissimi” in support of health research
We are delighted to have participated as a Silver partner in Buonissimi 2024, the highly anticipated charity event supporting scientific research on pediatric cancer. The gala evening took place on June 17th in the beautiful setting of the Marina d’Arechi port in Salerno.
The event brought together the main culinary excellences of Southern Italy, with renowned chefs and culinary professionals offering their exclusive specialties late into the night.
At our stand, we offered a free tasting of our products, created in collaboration with Agri Chef Geppino Croce. For the occasion, Croce prepared “Natura di Bufala”: a risotto with robiola, Pirano buffalo cheese from Caseificio Barlotti, rocket oil, rocket powder, and edible flowers from Altamura OP.
